Company Information: OSCEpal is a trading name of OSCEpal Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with company number 13332234 and having its registered office at Unit 13 Freeland Park Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, England, BH16 6FA. For our pilot, we are using the trading name OSCEpal.
Binding Agreement: These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and OSCEpal Limited, including its affiliates and subsidiaries. The terms “You” and “users” refer to all visitors to OSCEpal. By accessing and using OSCEpal, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use OSCEpal. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the legal consent of your parent or guardian to access and use OSCEpal.
You are responsible for your account credentials and must keep them accurate. You agree to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Your account on OSCEpal is for your personal use only. Sharing your account credentials with others, or allowing multiple individuals to use a single account, is a breach of these Terms. If we suspect or detect shared use of an account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account without notice.
You may purchase a Paid Subscription either on a monthly basis or through pre-payment. OSCEpal may adjust subscription prices, and you accept these changes by continuing to use the service.
Paid Subscriptions will renew unless canceled before the current period ends. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

We may send you notifications via email, push notifications, or text messages. You are responsible for associated charges. You can request written notice of security breaches.
OSCEpal owns all content available through its platform, including text, graphics, and software.
OSCEpal's logos and characters are trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.
You are licensed to use OSCEpal content solely for educational purposes, and within the application only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload on OSCEpal. However, by uploading or creating content, you grant OSCEpal a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free right to use, display, and distribute such content for any purpose.
You must use OSCEpal in compliance with applicable laws and not attempt to harm or gain unauthorized access to our platform.
You may not transfer your rights to use OSCEpal to a third party without our written consent.
Users must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor when using interactive elements on OSCEpal. Harassment, discrimination, or the sharing of inappropriate or offensive material will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
OSCEpal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in any fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that may cause harm to others.
OSCEpal is not responsible for user actions. We may change the platform without liability to you.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of content on OSCEpal. Use it at your own risk.
OSCEpal may link to third-party websites. Evaluate and use them at your own risk; we do not endorse or take responsibility for them.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

OSCEpal endeavors to make our platform accessible to all, including users with disabilities. We continually strive to improve our platform's accessibility and welcome feedback on areas of improvement.
Any dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms or the use of OSCEpal shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If such a resolution isn't reached within 30 days, either party may seek remedies through legal action in the courts of England and Wales.
Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 24 months may be deleted. OSCEpal reserves the right to terminate the platform or user accounts at its discretion.
Any and all feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other communications you provide to OSCEpal are non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing such feedback or suggestions, you grant OSCEpal unrestricted rights to use, reproduce, display, adapt, transmit, distribute, and exploit such feedback or suggestions.
OSCEpal is a dynamic platform that undergoes periodic updates. Users accept that the content, structure, or method of delivery may evolve over time.
By registering on OSCEpal, you warrant that you are not violating any agreements or laws by joining and that all provided information is accurate and truthful.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events outside their reasonable control.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree that the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
